1860 PRETTY GREEN UDOLPHO WOLFE'S AROMATIC SCHNAPPS BOTTLE POSSIBLY PONTILED?

Description

Here's a pretty green Udolpho Wolfe's Aromatic Schnapps bottle from the Civil War era of the early 1860s....it has a real crude sunken bottom that could be a pontil scar, but I'm selling the bottle as an early smooth base....
UDOLPHO WOLFE'S / SCHIEDAM / AROMATIC SCHNAPPS
boldly emb on 3 sides.....Crude sunken bottom but no jagged or iron deposit....applied tapered collar....dark green with hint of yellow....square.....9 1/2"tall....Excellent shiny near mint condition with no chips or damage. A nice clean bottle with no haze. It has an interesting natural "bird swing" drip of glass inside near base....After 50 years of digging and collecting we have decided to part with many of our bottles (to make room for more..haha)...so keep watching our listings as many rare treasures are being found!
