You are bidding on(1) covington TP6A. This is the covington side dresser complete with the POLY fertilizer box. Easy installation to you cultivators and makes the job of putting out fertilizer a breeze.  When you buy covington you know you are buying quality, covington has been making planters and dressers for 100 years this year.   PLEASE GIVE US A CALL WITH ANY QUESTIONS. This is for putting out fertilizer only, this will not plant seed.  With the double spouts you will fertilize two rows at the time or you can block a tube and fertilize just one row.  We carry ALL parts for ALL the covington planters and side dressers.
I have to ship this ups because of the size. UPS ground is 1-2 days for all of the east coast, midwest is 3-4 days and west coast is 5-6 days. We don't make anything off of shipping.  If you think shipping is high please call ups and ask for the freight price and you will see that we will probably be cheaper.
