*Up for sale here is a very handsome looking western saloon style of back bar bottle from the city of Cincinnati, Ohio. This paneled example is near mint, and has seen no wear. There is a bit of slight wear on the base from use. All of the attractive white enameling on the bottle is excellent, as seen here. Bottle is near mint. There is an in-making flaw to the glass on the front away from the enameling, and is not in any way a chip. The old clear glass is sparkling clean, and will sun purple over time, if left exposed. This hand blown example would date from the 1890's era. Please see all pictures.
*It is nicely enameled on the bottle, as it boldly reads ~ "EDGEWOOD". Nice with the the well defined alternating panels on the bottle. This quart pre pro whiskey advertising bottle measures 11 3/8 inches tall, and 3 1/2 inches in diameter. You will be very well pleased with such a nice example as this one. What a wonderful piece of old time Ohio adverting whiskey distillery history, and memorabilia.
